Connecting

We’d like to introduce a very special girl who is one of our neighbours on the island of Great Bernera.

Her name is Arwen, she’s 11 years old and earlier this year she wrote a beautiful song called Connecting.

This summer, while visiting the island for Rudi’s 60th birthday party, our talented friend, and amazing singer/songwriter, Jen Armstrong worked with Arwen to record the track at the local Black Bay Studio.

Helen then shot some film footage of Arwen both on the island and on the Scottish mainland and created this video to accompany the song.

We dare you not to get teary-eyed when you watch it!
